RESPONSIBILITY.

Any party who acts negligently in the performance of the obligations established in this contract and will cause damage or prejudice to the other party will incur in liability. The party that would have to face any type of damage or loss as a result of the action of the counterparty may claim compensation for such damages.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.

The parties are obliged to keep absolute confidentiality regarding the information and documentation that are provided to each other or have access during the performance of the work or service.

Both parties are also obliged to not disclose or use directly or indirectly the information and knowledge acquired, derived from the contractual relationship agreed between the parties in other services that are not the object of this contract. The parties commit to take the necessary measures, both with respect to their employees and to third parties that may have some connection with this contract, to ensure compliance with the European Law on Data Protection. Once this agreement expires, the parties will destroy all the information that on this report has stored on any medium or have reproduced by any procedure.

 

EXCLUSIVITY

The partners undertake, as a general rule, to devote all their professional efforts on an exclusive basis to the Company as long as they maintain their status as partners.

 

NO COMPETITION

The partners will not be able to carry out activities that can make the competition to society while they have the status of partners and are bound by this agreement.

 

RESOLUTION OF POSSIBLE CONFLICTS.
